Horse Anatomy, The Painted Horse Lecture and Demonstration
Horse Anatomy lecturer and bio mechanist Amy
Mottram, McTimoney Corley, Equine Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist uses the painted horse and real anatomical specimins to bring equine anatomy to life. Improving our knowledge improves horse performance and allows us to train, compete and manage our horses not only more effectively but more sympathetically. This lecture will look at the musculoskeletal system and will give a fascinating insight into how this system works. As owners, rider, students or trainers understanding this system and helping to keep it functioning to it's maximum ability will allow the horse to perform and feel at its best. In the Thoroughbred industries this could be the "nose" difference between 1st and 2nd place or the difference between an average selling price or the "top lot".
