Cook/ Waitress Position at Stud Coffee Shop

An experienced cook/ waitress is required to join the small, friendly team at Wavertrees’ Coffee Shop at The National Stud, Newmarket. 
 
The ideal applicant should be able to bake cakes as well as cook savoury food to a high standard and have a high level of customer care.  A food hygiene certificate will be required and a sound knowledge of food hygiene and associated record keeping is preferable.  This is a part time position for up to 4 days a week with the possibility of more days at peak times.  Regular weekend work will be required although days are flexible. Uniform provided.
 
This position would suit a mature, skilled cook looking for flexible working times.  Our coffee shop is busy and friendly with an emphasis on home cooked food.  Our client base consists of families, individuals and large coach parties visiting the Stud so applicants should be comfortable with cooking for larger numbers as well as small family groups.
