Topatoo is top girl at York
A game performance from Bahamian Bounty's daughter Topatoo saw her lift the Gr.3 Middleton Stakes at York on 17/5/07, gradually overhauling hot favourite Anna Pavlova in a driving finish.
The victory continued a remarkable course record for the Mark Tompkins-trained mare – her form figures at York now read 213511221.
The winner is owned by Mrs Phyl Bowring, mother of the mare's breeder Michael Bowring.
